Smaller Events
Not every celebration has to be grand to be meaningful. We love creating unforgettable moments for life’s smaller gatherings too—think showers, birthdays, dinner parties, proposals, and everything in between. With the same care and creativity we bring to weddings, we’ll design and coordinate your event so it feels polished, personal, and full of joy. Whether it’s an intimate group of friends or a cozy family gathering, we’ll make sure your smaller event feels just as special as the big milestones.​
Our Day-of Coordination package is designed to ensure your wedding day flows seamlessly from start to finish. Beginning one to two months before your big day, we'll step in to finalize details, create a personalized timeline, and coordinate with your vendors so everyone is on the same page.
On the wedding day, we'll be onsite for the entirety of your celebration—overseeing vendor setup, managing the schedule, and handling any unexpected hiccups. We'll also take care of setting up your personal décor, and at the end of the night, we'll break everything down so you don’t have to lift a finger. We can attend up to one site visit in advance and also run a rehearsal the night before, giving you peace of mind that everything is ready to go. My goal is simple: to ensure you and your loved ones can fully enjoy your day, stress-free, while we take care of the details behind the scenes!

For weddings 2.5+ hours out, an additional travel fee will be applied
